Cali Trip 'O7!!

Matt and I just spent the week (July 15th-21st) in Cali and we had a blast! On Sunday we headed to Las Vegas and stayed the night at a hotel called Whiskey Pete's of all names (no we did not gamble but it sure was tempting).


On Monday we went up to Big Bear, CA (where Matt is from and his folks live) and spent the day with the family just catching up. It was so nice to see Matt's folks, they are the best in-laws!




On Tuesday we went to Universal Studios and had a blast on rides like BackDraft and Back to the Future. Even though we had a blast we were so excited for what we were doing on Wednesday...Disneyland!




Wednesday we spent the day at Disneyland which definitely had to be the highlight of the vacation (besides seeing the family of course!). We both love Disneyland so much and want to go as much as we can in the future. It's one of our favorite places! We had a complete blast and I can't wait to go back!













On Thursday we went down to San Diego and spent the day at the Zoo and at the Beach it was just a nice chill day. We went to the first beach I went to in San Diego with my mom five year ago, Mission Beach. It was just so nice and relaxing being there with Matt, nothing compares! We were planning on going to the San Diego Temple but I totally forgot my temple recommend. Next time for sure!











Friday we headed back up to Big Bear and had a fun time just hanging out with the family and relaxing. Before the drive up to Big Bear though we stopped by Aaron's house for a little bit and caught up on what's going on with him and then stopped by Danielle's work to say hi. We got some pics with the siblings which I am grateful for!










On Saturday we finally headed back home...phew! It was a crazy week but so much fun as well, we are looking forward to heading back to California for Allison and Tim's wedding next month! :)

Allison & Tim's Wedding

On Saturday, August 11th Matt's youngest sister Allison married Timothy Thelin in the Redlands, CA Temple and Matt and I were lucky enough to attend the wedding and all I can say is that is was a beautiful wedding! (The reception later that night in Big Bear was breathtaking, it was just so beautiful, and it was thanks in very large part to Mommy D.) We are so happy Allison and Tim found each other, they are such a cute couple, and we hope they have an amazing life to together!!

The Bergera Family Cabin Trip!

Matt and I just spent the weekend of June 29th-July 1st down at the Bergera family (my dad's side-of-family) cabin in The Boulder Mountains in Southern Utah. We had a blast! We spent time with the family, time fourwheeling (and having fun on some jumps) and just relaxing, it was a very nice vacation!

Allie is engaged!

Matt's youngest sister Allison is ENGAGED! We couldn't be more excited for her!! Alli will be getting married on August 11th, 2007 to Timothy Thelin in the Redlands, California Temple. We will be flying out August 10th for a quick trip to be part of the wedding, so excited for the two of them!

Father's Day Cabin Trip!

For Father's Day this year (on June 17th) Matt and I went down to the cabin with my dad. We had a good time, love spending time my family and my hubby!!
