Slacking off a little...

I promise I will try to upload these more often!!






(A fun thing about week 20 is this is the week I first started feeling Abby kick! It's the hardest thing to explain but so much fun too!! It's sorta like a mixture of flutters and bubbles if that makes any sense. She is super active after I eat, must love food like her parents, and is also pretty active at night. Matt has also been able to feel her kick a couple of times which has been amazing!!)

Picture Time!

After slacking off for a couple of days I was finally able to get the photos from the ultrasound scanned on to the computer and available for all the see....

Abby's cute little profile, she is already such a cutie!

Yup she has two hands...

...and two feet!

And her heartbeat, the doctor said it was going 140 beats per minute which is perfectly normal.

We already love her so much and can't wait to meet her!

Drum roll please...

It's official...we're having a beautiful, darling, sweet little GIRL!!!!



I know this isn't the best pic (I took a picture of the photos we got from the ultrasound...I will try to scan them to see if they come out better) but here you can see little Abby's sweet profile, what a cutie! We couldn't be more excited!!! There aren't even words to describe the feeling of seeing your baby for the first time! I thought I was going to start crying right there! It was such a precious moment I couldn't be more excited! I will say this though if she is anything like her mommy she is gonna be one little tomboy!

It's like Christmas Eve!

Yup we find out baby degi's gender in 24 hours now!! I am so excited! I am also just way excited to finally see some pics of our little guy (or girl) it's like Christmas all over again! I told my coworkers that I am going to bring in some sugar cookies tomorrow and if they are blue that means we are having a boy and if they are pink you guessed it, we are having a girl! I thought it would be a fun way to break the news!! (Not to mention a good excuse to enjoy some yummy sugar cookies!)

Besides all the fun baby stuff Matt and I have been enjoying our two week summer break like there's no tomorrow! We've been extremely lazy, lol, but since we've been taking classes straight through since Fall 2009 I think we deserve it! Sadly our lazy days are almost to an end as school starts back up on Thursday for Matt and Saturday for me. Matt is taking four classes this semester (wish him luck!) and I am taking two. We should both get our associate degrees at the end of this semester and we are psyched!

Lagoon!

Every year my work has their annual summer party at Lagoon and the last couple of years Matt hasn't been able to go with me because of work...well this year he was able to get the day off and we had a blast!

True I wasn't able to go on any rides with the bun in the oven but we had a blast visiting all the small little museums they have (they had a ton!) and we made a fun day of it!

Yea we are here! We haven't been back up to Lagoon since one of our first dates over 5 years ago (almost to the exact date minus one day!)

Matt just checking out the print museum...they had a bunch of a little museums like this. It was pretty nice too because it gave us something to do since I couldn't go on any of the rides.

Ice-cream + hot pregnant girl = "utter" bliss!

One of the museums they had was this "Model Train Museum"...

...we'll just say Matt was in heaven!

Good times, good times!

They also had a neat telephone museum...I tried to make a couple of calls but alas it was in vane.

And finally yes after all the trouble-making Matt was up to he was finally thrown in jail...

...but I wasn't far behind him "I swear it wasn't me!"
