Summertime and the livin's easy...
Ok today's question is...
What are you looking forward to most this summer?
I decided since I am asking the questions I better answer them too...for me what I am looking forward to most is the California trip I have coming up on the 14th (family, Disneyland, cali!, YAY!) , but since I've already posted about that I will think of something else...hmmm...I am really looking forward to going down to my families cabin this Summer with Matt. We got four wheeling, hiking, BBQ's, and just good times! YAY for Summer!

Trying something new...
So I thought it might be fun to ask all my blog readers (there are some right?!) a question to see the wide range of responses I get...Today's question is:
Where and when was your most memorable vacation?
Where and when was your most memorable vacation?
Vacation Time!
So it’s the beginning of June and that means summer is just around the corner. I must admit I love summer because that means Vacation Time! I know most, if not all, of us need a vacation right about now with work and school and this and that, summer time is always nice to get out of the house, city, state, and just relax! I have two way fun vacations already lined up and hopefully more will follow!
Vacation # 1…

Every year since I was 18 (the official age to join the club so to speak) my mom and her sisters and my cousins (all girls of course) go on an annual retreat to various destinations (we have gone to Moab, Colorado, Salt Lake City, American Fork…we try to stay pretty local) and just get out of the house for our yearly Sister Sleep-Over! This year looks like it’s going to be blast! We are heading up to Park City for a weekend of getting pampered. We take off this Friday at (the 6th) and will be coming back to civilization on the 8th. I am not exactly sure what my Aunt Mary has planned but it looks like it’s going to be good times!
Vacation # 2…
One word sums it up…CALIFORNIA! Matt and I are extremely excited to head out on June 14th for 4 fun filled days in the beautiful state of California! Matt’s older brother Thom and his wife Sarah had a beautiful little girl named Leona on April 20th and we are so excited to get the opportunity to meet the little cutie! Our plans are as follows: we fly out to Cali around 1 and as soon as we get out there we are rushing up to Big Bear (Matt’s home town) to get pictures done with the family. I think we will spend the rest of Saturday catching up with everyone, enjoying our time together, and playing with cute little Leona (well has much playing as a almost 2-month old can do). Sunday morning Leona will be getting her baby blessing, I am excited to see all the men of the DeGriselles family circling around her as she gets her baby blessing. Sunday afternoon and evening will be another good time to catch up with everyone, get some yummy food, and just enjoy our time together! Monday Matt and I will be heading to DISNEYLAND! We weren’t originally planning on going to the Magic
Kingdom but we heard the Matt’s sister Danielle was planning on going down so we decided to get in on the action! I am super excited because I mean it’s Disneyland! What else could you ask for! Every year since Matt and I got married we have gone to Disneyland and it’s sorta tradition now. Hopefully we can keep the tradition alive (I mean now that it is a tradition we better make sure to go every year no matter how hard we have to force ourselves! j/k). And then finally Tuesday morning we fly back to Utah to get back to life…the not so fun part, but what can you do?!
I will definitely get some photos and recaps of our activities posted soon after our trips! I hope this summer finds you all getting out of the house and having some fun!
