Our Crazy Life! (Photos from March & April)

My Star Student!

Someone missed her puppy while we were on our trip to Moab...I think the feeling was mutual.

Just on a Sunday stroll.

"You will have fun!"

bby gave a talk in primary today. The theme was, "Living Prophets teach me to Choose the Right". I'm so proud of her because she came up with her talk all on her own. She drew this picture (I helped with President Monson's suit) and wrote her talk all on her own; "Prophets I love because they teach me to choose the right and I like it because it's what Heavenly Father and Jesus are saying. Prophets teach me to go to church and be nice to y family and to repent. And they also teach me to get baptized when I turn eight. I love prophets. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen."

On our way to pick up Abby from school.

“Remember, remember always, that all of us, and you and I especially, are descended from immigrants and revolutionists." - Franklin D. Roosevelt

Today I had the privilege to witness a Naturalization Ceremony and it was incredibly humbling. I am beyond thankful to live in this country and to know that we still honor and accept those looking for a better life.

Field trip to the library!

Abby is reading The Giving Tree all by herself!!! I am so proud of her! (Oh and if you're wondering about the blankets on top of their heads...that was all Liam's idea, crazy boy!)

Abby won the Leader of the Month award at her school. So proud of her!

Just a boy and his (very patient) pup!

Cuddle time.

The kids fairy garden.

Field trip to the fire station!

Easter 2017

We had a great Easter this year!!! Just look at these cute kids, how can you not love the holidays with those smiles?!

We started off the festivities on Saturday by dying Easter eggs, a tradition the kids love! After we went to my work, Payson Market, to see the Easter bunny.

On Easter morning the kids got their Easter baskets and loved what they saw inside. The Easter bunny sure spoils them.

And on Easter Sunday night we had dinner at my sister Chelsie's house, it was the perfect end to a perfect day!

Moab Madness 2017!

We made it to MOAB!!!!! Our annual Moab Madness trip is one of the highlights of the year for me. My family has been going to Moab since I was about ten years old. There were only a handful of times where I wasn't able to make it, that's over twenty years of trips to Moab. I LOVE IT!!!  I love having the opportunity to show others my love for Moab, starting with Matt when we first went 11 years ago, and now with my own kids. They now look forward to it every year, it is the BEST!!!

I took the photo on the left in 2012, and the photo on the right this year (2017). It is pretty crazy the difference five years can make. Love my cute family!

This year, on Friday, we decided to go to Hole N' The Rock and the kids loved it!

Shortly after we decided to hike Wilson's Arch (which we hiked as a family two years ago). The kids were a little nervous of the height, but we made it to the top!

On Saturday, while Matt studied and the kids hung out with my mom, my brother and hiked Delicate Arch. it has been years since I have hiked this iconic arch and it was just as breathtaking as ever.

Saturday night we had our annual family reunion dinner at my aunt Emily's church. These three girls are the cutest best friend cousins!

The whole gang!

Our trip couldn't be complete without a LOT of swimming! We swam several times each day we were down, it was wonderful! I am so happy Abby is such an avid swimmer, she is learning a lot and doing great. Liam did pretty good, as long as daddy was there to keep him safe.

So thankful for another amazing trip to Moab!
