Christmas 2015

It's that time of the year again...CHRISTMAS!!!! And it's hard for me to believe how fast the time has flown by this year. 2015 has been a crazy fun year for us. We have seen a lot of changes this year, however, more importantly, it has been a year that has brought us together as a family. Matt applied for, and was offered a dream job at UVU this year, I finished my bachelors degree (after starting it over ten years ago) and became a stay-at-home, and the kids have been enjoying more and more time together as they are learning they CAN be friends. This holiday season has also been a crazy and fun one with lots of activities and time spent together as a family.

My mom needed some photos of the kids for her newsletter, so while these were taken in November, the green and red outfits made them perfect for Christmas! (The only difference between taking them in November and December is the lack of snow)

On December 19th we spent the evening with the Olson family for our annual Olson Family Christmas Party. It has been fun for me to watch Abby blossom this year and spend less time with me and Matt, and more time playing with her cousins. And Liam, of course, tags along with is pretty much the cutest thing ever.

We played these super fun minute-to-win-it games at the party, it was a riot!

On Christmas Eve I took a couple of photos of me and Matt, and the kids, as we got ready for Santa to come. The kids opened their Christmas PJ's as well that night and I was able to get some very cute photos of my babies. It is surreal to me to think that this is Abby's fifth Christmas, and Liam's third. Biggest cliche ever, but they are growing up WAY to fast!

Christmas morning!!!!!

This and That...

I am so grateful for camera phones and the ability that I have to take a crazy amount of photos, haha. These are some of my favorites from December.

I just adore this girl.

This is about as close to cuddling as my kids get, lol.

Austin and Liam putting trucks on Austin's skateboard, gotta teach them when they are young.

Took the kids for their first time bowling, they had a "ball". Haha, I crack myself up sometimes.

He does not find my picture taking amsuing.

My little winter girl through and through.

Poor guy tripped over me and bonked his head on the coffee table. We took him to the hospital to make sure everything was good. We were sent home about an hour after he was admitted with a bill of clean health :)

Date night!

Before we had our ER ordeal with Liam and his bonked head, we actually had a pretty fun night with the kids at our wards Christmas party.

So for a while now Abby has wanted to go to a barn. The only one I could think of was Rowley's Red Barn. It wasn't quite what she expected (she was sad they didn't have any animals inside the barn), but it was fun going as a family. Plus I got a frozen bag a raspberries, yum!

Sometimes when it snows all night and day, you've just got to make an igloo.

A girl and her pup.

Abby's first every snowman! She made it all by herself and I love everything about it!

My daughter is a strange one...

They sure are a cute pair.

Sweetest girl ever.

Sometimes Liam rocks a man-bun.

I love nature, although I don't often spend as much time admiring it as I should. When I do take the time to enjoy it, I am always pleasantly surprised by what I find.

She did pretty good for her first gingerbread house.

Just a little play-doh playn'.

Thanksgiving 2015

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving this year, it was great being able to spend the day with not only my family, but with Matt's sister Danielle and her friend Candice.

We had our big Thanksgiving Day dinner at my mom's house (per tradition) and we enjoyed all the usual, delicious, food (ie mashed potatoes, stuffing, yams, green beans and bacon, turkey, pies galore, and ice cream). We had so much fun we had leftovers for days, haha!

Our CrAzY Life...

Since I became a stay at home mom, I have been able to enjoy more memories with my kids and I LOVE IT! Here are just a few of the fun memories I made with my kids in the month of October, and November.

Abby had crazy hair day at preschool and we came up with this silly creation.

After her crazy hair day at preschool I took all her hair bands out and this happened, maybe we should have done with for crazy hair day!

You got to love the funny positions kids fall asleep in...you'd think they wouldn't be comfy, but oh you'd be wrong!

Towards the end of October, while I was studying for finals, the kids decided they needed to play in the sprinkles. Apparently they thought it was still summer.

At the end of October I decided to start up my cookie business again. I made over ten orders for around 2 dozen each, it was a crazy week but fun!!!

He may not be my "baby" anymore, but he will always be my baby boy!

I sure love this BEAUTIFUL girl!

Spending a little time with the pup! The kids (especially Abby) sure love our puppy Sky. He's a trouble-maker, and sometimes I don't know what to do with him, but we all sure love him.

Getting all creative with this hair-do!

Matt and Liam cuddling at church, too cute to not post.
