Inventory (ugh!), a Grand Opening, and little munchkins!

So this week has been crazy (if the title didn't already make you think that)! Right now at Matt's work it's inventory time which means a lot of stress and a lot of working overtime (but not getting paid overtime because he is in management...does that make any sense?) and I feel like I barely get to see him. His last day off was last Wednesday and every day since then he has worked 10-12midnight or later. I feel so bad for him, I couldn't imagine working 14+ hours a day for a week straight with no break. Today is suppose to be his day off but he has to go in for a few hours. He should be off by 11am though and I am really hoping that's that case! Now besides the fact that I want Matt to have a nice relaxing day off after he has worked so hard for a week, I am also excited because today is the grand opening for our favorite little fast food place Rubio's in American Fork! For those unfamiliar with the pure amazingness of Rubio's (in our humble opinion) there are a couple up in Salt Lake but none down here. On rare occasions where we have the same day off we try to make a day of it and head up to Salt Lake for some fish tacos and then maybe visit Temple Square or the Gateway. It's also been our Anniversary tradition to go to Rubio's...enough said!Well Rubio's is opening in American Fork, how freakin sweet is that!! The plan for today is Matt should be getting off around 11am and then he is coming up here and we are heading over for the Grand Opening and enjoying some mouth-watering fish taco's to our hearts content! I love it!!

When we went out to Cali in January you know we had to stop by Rubio's!

And of course we had to go there for our Anniversary, it just wouldn't be the same!

Now though we really love Rubio's and going to the Grand Opening here in American Fork is pretty much the coolest thing ever, what we are really looking forward to this weekend is a couple of visitors we having over. Let me give you a hint of who they are...

  1. They are the two cutest little kids in the world!

  2. They are silly, funny, and their parents are pretty cool as well

  3. They have the most awesome Uncle and Aunt ever (and no it's not Allie and Tim though they would come in a close second)

Give up? Here's two more clues...

Clue # 1

Clue # 2

Yup that's right! The cutest two kids on the entire planet (sorry if I am a little biased with this one) but my nephew Luke and my niece Leona (and parents of course) are coming to visit us and we couldn't be more excited!!! Thom and Sarah were able to get a little vacation time and decided to come visit us and Matt's brother Aaron (who lives up in Draper) this weekend. They will be in town tomorrow (Friday) and then will be taking off on Tuesday. We are looking forward to showing them around the different historical and church sites and being their official tour guides! It should be a blast! I can't wait to see the family and get to spend 4 days with them and the little kiddos!

UPDATE (3/25): We have gone to Rubio's here in American Fork twice already and all I can say is YUM! I even won a free gift card for taking a survey...what could be cooler then that?
